RETURN POLICY
Cancellation
& Returns
We have a 7 seven-day product return policy,
which means you have 7 seven days after receiving your item to request a
return. Once the product is returned under our 7 seven Day Money Back policy
the refund will be credited to your ANGIRA CREDIT account. You may choose to
either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your
bank account.
1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund
will be processed to your bank account.
2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source
(Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be
in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in
its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No Returns & Refunds are applicable to gold
coins and Solitaire Diamonds.

and you will be notified via email the address for the returns need to be sent under
the return policy.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns of gold coin & bar as well as gift cards. Unfortunately,
we do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item
you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new
item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let
you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return,
please contact us at support@angirajewels.com.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange
policy is applicable only on Angira Brand Jewellery products. If you wish to
exchange any jewellery that is purchased from angirajewels.com you
can do so, by exchanging the same with any of the Angira Brand Jewellery
Products. This amount will be credited to
your respective bank account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used
to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.
The gold &
platinum rate of respective purity for the day would be considered as benchmark
rate for calculating the exchange price of jewellery products.

All products
will undergo quality checks before the exchange is initiated. Angira Jewels
reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on
the final evaluation by our quality check team.
Buy Back Policy
If you choose to return the
product for buyback, the policy is based on giving the fair value of jewellery and
solitaire diamonds. The gold & platinum rate of respective purity for the
day would be considered as benchmark rate for calculating the exchange price of
jewellery products.

The buy-back value will be paid to you
via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product. Jewellery
returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than ANGIRA shall not be
accepted for return. The buyback policy is subject to the approval of
our Quality check team. Angira Jewels reserves the right to calculate the
buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality
check team.
The product along with the original
product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis. If you
received a discount or free gifts while making your purchase, we will deduct
the original discount amount or free gifts value, as applicable. You can choose
to return the free gifts as well.
Note:
Loss of the original product certificate would
result in a deduction of Rs. 500.
For ANGIRA products not bought from ANGIRA
Authorised Dealers /Website(www.angirajewels.com)
an additional deduction of 5% would be charged over and above the
exchange/buyback policy. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for
exchange/buyback
ANGIRA products bought from non- ANGIRA Authorised
Dealers will not be eligible for exchange/buyback.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Process
1. Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected
thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
2. Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and
handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
3. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In
case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time,
they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Packaging
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each
individual product is packaged in bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the
quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about
damaged products due to our packaging.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details
of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can visit My Order section. The track button will get activated once the
order is shipped. Sometimes, courier takes up to 12 hours to activate the link,
so kindly try after the mentioned periods If you are a guest user, you can
either track through the link shared with you over email/Text message /sms, Or you can sign-up/signing
using your email to track the order through your My Order section.
Delivery Time
We dispatch most orders within 10 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and
public holidays).
1. Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need
to be manufactured so that we can live up to our promise
2. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might
delay your order.
3. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a
bit delayed due to increased volumes.
Shipping Charges
ANGIRA provides free delivery/shipping on all items within India. Shipping time
is 24-48hrs for "Available in Stock" items and 10 business days for
"Make to Order" items.

Insurance
All goods will be fully insured by ANGIRA
until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

Quality and Authentication Policy
We aim to
provide genuine and certified products to our esteemed customers. Each Angira
Brand jewellery products are duly certified for its quality for diamonds, Gold
and color stones.
Gold Jewellery Products are made in 18kt /22KT Gold
purity and are BIS Hallmark Certified
Diamond Jewellery Products are made in 14kt/ 18KT
Gold and are BIS Hallmark Certified.
All Jewellery products are studded with Real
Natural Diamonds, and it is certified by an Independent Diamond Grading
Laboratory of International repute.
Platinum jewellery is certified by Platinum Guild
India (PGI)
The weights mentioned for Diamond and Gold are
approximate and may change after manufacturing.
The final weight of the jewellery product may vary
and difference amount would be will reimburse by partial Refund or Equivalent
weight of gold coin
Make to order jewellery usually requires 10-15
workings days for manufacturing.

The product comes with Lifetime warranty & can
be exchanged under Exchange and Buyback brand policy
The usual variance of gold weight after
manufacturing is + /- 150 mg. we will reimburse the difference amount, if
variance is above 150 mg by partial Refund or Equivalent weight of gold coin.
